The calculator is designed to work without collecting card numbers, customer identities, or individual order records.

Calculator inputs are operational estimates. The current calculator does not require an account and is not intended for sensitive personal information. Users should not enter card numbers, customer names, addresses, or order-level records.

If you contact Chargeback Lens by email, we may receive your email address, name, company information, and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to the inquiry, review submitted materials, and maintain relevant business records.

Website hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Chargeback Lens does not currently offer user accounts.

Unless a visitor has previously chosen “Allow analytics,” the Google tag loads with analytics storage denied. In this state, Google may receive cookieless consent and basic measurement pings, including the requested page and standard technical information, but analytics cookies are not stored. If permission is granted, Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages, and interactions with guides, calculator controls, and links.

Analytics is optional. Visitors may decline without losing access to any site feature and may reopen Analytics preferences from the footer. Chargeback Lens does not intentionally send card numbers, customer identities, or individual order records to Google Analytics. Google's processing is also governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

This website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Chargeback Lens is not responsible for the data practices of third-party websites or service providers.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and site security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
