Chargeback products are often compared using headline recovery rates or broad feature lists. We focus instead on the economics behind a decision: disputed value, processor fees, internal labor, service costs, and the assumptions that connect them.

Our goal is to help merchants ask better questions before they choose a response strategy or speak with a service provider.

The site is being developed to include an educational calculator, methodology notes, and comparisons of approaches such as in-house dispute handling, automated representment, and pre-dispute alerts. Coverage is intended for informational purposes and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Chargeback Lens may form commercial relationships with service providers. Those relationships do not determine calculator outputs, methodology, or the order in which services are presented. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed.
